Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped (Status: Pending or Processing). In this case, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- After Shipment:Â Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a return request.
Return & Exchange Policy
3-Day Return Window
You can initiate a return or exchange request only within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Go to the My Orders section in your profile.
Select the order you wish to return. Ensure the status is marked as ‘Delivered’.
Click on the Return / Exchange button.
Fill out the form, select your reason, and upload a clear image of the product.
 Accepted
- Defective or damaged products.
- Wrong item received.
- Product must be unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
 Not Accepted
- Returns requested after 3 days of delivery.
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Missing original tags or blouse piece.
- Minor color variations due to screen resolution.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
